FOIA
It is the policy of Springvale Township that all persons, except those incarcerated, consistent with the Michigan Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts of those who represent them as public officials and employees. The people shall be informed so that they fully participate in the democratic process.
No specific form to submit a written request is required. However a FOIA Request Form and other FOIA related forms are available at no charge by emailing the Clerk at: clerk@springvaletownship.org or by contacting the Township office by phone (231) 347-3077 or FAX (231) 347-3988.
