SPRINGVALE TOWNSHIP POLICY 100-06 CULVERT PURCHASE WITH DRIVEWAY PERMIT

Any new culvert ordered placed by new driveway permit request, must first be paid in full before it is ordered and delivered. The new driveway permit application must also be paid for in the amount of $350.00.

A call to the Isanti County Highway Department will be made at the time of such a request to find out what the total cost of the culvert, any parts needed, and tax for a total price to be paid by the new driveway applicant.

After such payment is made to Springvale Township, the ordered will be placed with the Isanti County Highway Department.

SPRINGVALE TOWNSHIP POLICY MINIMUM CULVERT REPLACEMENT FOR TOWN ROADS.

MAY 3RD, 2006

On May 3rd, 2006, at the regular scheduled monthly board meeting, Roger McNear made a motion to make a policy for the minimum culvert replacement length for town roads at be at least 50 feet long and only new galvanized, corrugated steel culverts are acceptable for future road widths. Friedland seconded the motion. Motion carried.
